part II

so we entered the courtroom and as i enter someone from the table says "Hi! Kristal." and i was so suprised and shocked by someone knowing who i was that i started talking to her about how she and her children were. and she then was like i have to stop talking now cause i must pay attention to everyone else who is coming in. so i took my seat. we are all standing and one of the attonerys tells us to sit. we do. then the ballif comes in and says all rise. we stand and the judge says you may be seated. wosh. only breeze of the day in the courtroom. so the judge then says some stuff and then has us sworn in. she then introduces herself and staff, asks if anyone knows her or her staff. with no one standing she truns it over to the proscuting attonery he rises asks if everyone can hear him and proceedes. he introduces himself and the other man he is with. asks if anyone knows them. people stand and say so. we go through everyone one in the courtroom. and then people who would be invloved with the case who were not currently there. so the on to the questions of where we could be fair and kinda what the case was about. it was criminal landscaping. which i don't know as to how but there it is. as attonery suing the worker who did some work is what i gathered. so we sat there waiting for the questions to end. i was up about every other question and finaly the prosecting attorney was like sit down jurer number 23. cause that was my number. we were nearing lunch when the other lawyer got up to ask questions. the judge then informed him that we were near lunch and would he be brief in questions or to do it after lunch. we progressed on with more questions. he then sat down and the prosecuting guy got back up and redirected questions. and right as the judge was giving the leaving speach a loud thud was heard in the courtroom. looked around and one of the other jurors had fainted. the judge and lawers rushed over and then decided that they needed a trash can for she was going to throw up. got the trash can and called the ballif back in and he called for medical asscitance in the courtroom. and about the same time someone poured her some water. so the judge did say go for lunch and be back at 1:30. so we went for lunch and were back in time to see all the players heading in as well. they then proceeded to talk for four-five minutes. and then called us in. we came in sat down and the judge then told us that she would be call the names in alphabetcial order. so we waited. calling thirteen names. and mine was not called. also beeing last in the alphabet makes wait longer. so i leave and had made a new frined who takes me to my car so i don't have to take bus again. when i got home i slept until the next morning.

now on to different subject. we had the vote for ONA today. ^^ i was wearing my lucky shoes to help. and the unoffical results after the two services and other votes coming in for those who would not be there it was about 77% yes to 22% no. so it passed. just have to wait until after late service tonight and then check on the website if it did. ^^ so happy about that. YEA!!!111 WOOT.
